Welcome to Feza International School (FIS)
We believe that education is a shared responsibility and that the successful operation of a school depends on the cooperation of everyone involved: students, parents, and staff. The mission of Feza International School is to create a partnership among the members of this triad. Each of us is responsible for doing his or her part to make our school a place where we can all work and strive together in harmony.
Feza International School (FIS) had its inception in October 2011 following requests from parents and other stake holders who recognized and appreciated the achievements of the Feza Schools. There was also a need to diversify the system of education provided to accommodate for the ever changing global employment market.
FIS is owned by Ishik Medical and Educational Foundation and caters to students from Nursery KG-2 to Stage 13. FIS seeks to recruit students from different parts of the world and is therefore keen to promote a multicultural and ethnically diversity learning environment.
We are accredited to provide Cambridge International Examinations and follow the Cambridge International Education (CIE) curriculum. Assessment of our students is undertaken at a global standardised level with Cambridge Checkpoint examinations in stages 6 and 9, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations during stage 11 and stages 12 and 13 sit for AS/A Level examinations.
Our graduates have attained 100% placements in further educational institutions both in Tanzania and around the world. The school has also created the Feza Alumni Foundation, dedicated to keeping our graduates together, guiding and counselling them even after their graduation from school. This allows the Feza family to grow stronger.
What Our Parents Say
Mr. Selman and Mrs. Tugba OzbayKerem and Halim’s parents
“One of the first and foremost criteria to assess a school is to see if your child go there happily. I can easily say that our beloved sons enjoy their school life, socialize with their friends and most importantly learn something new every day. They come with stories to tell excitedly. We must also say something about the Kindergarten Gala. What a fantastic performance all the kids in Nursery and Reception Classes delivered last Saturday! We are proud of them and congratulate each on their artistic shows, dances and drama skills. Without a doubt, such activities have great roles in building confidence in our children, the proprietor of the future. And as parents, we know we have to thank that. We can't thank you enough, Ms Belle, Ms Rose and Madame Rose, for making our children's first experience be in a loving, caring and homely environment.”
Mr. and Mrs. SahinSumeyye’s parents
“Feza International School -Kindergarten, the school which makes students love it. Since Sümeyye started at the kindergarten, she has completely changed her mind about school. Before that, she was not getting along with the school at all but since FIS-KG, she is eagerly waiting for the school time to come. The care given by teachers, well prepared and soundly implemented curriculum and the perfect facilities are not the only factors to be satisfied with the school. Our kids don't take the school as others do as a place to study and do homework only, they see it a place where they interact, share good times and play games but all these are synchronized with a good learning environment, very well prepared by teachers and that's how education for our pupils supposed to be. We have seen that our kids are "Being Better Educated" and cared. We would like to - maybe have to - send our regards and thanks to the teachers especially Teacher Rose and Teacher Belle for their great support and care for the children.”
Mrs. Hilda Shenyagwa-NoorRania Rhamadani's mom
“We are very grateful to Feza International School - Kindergarten and to Miss Belle for leading such an excellent kindergarten. We are all excited to see Rania making fast progress within the class as well as out of class ‘hands-on’ learning. She has attained awesome skills in reading, counting, as well as communication. Her love for school is remarkable, as we don’t stop talking about her experiences every day. We are delighted that she is part of the group and taught by highly professional teachers. Our sincere appreciations to the teachers and all assistants, especially to Madame Rose, for all the learning and memorable moments for Rania. Overall, Rania is excelling well school wise and increasingly becoming independent, with immense social skills and great ability to lead, engage and express herself.”
