CLARIFICATION ON ZOOM ACCOUNT.

Dear student,

It is our hope and prayers that you are all well and safe.

As we are improving our online education platform we would like to introduce our students to a new login mechanism using Feza Schools Email accounts for the live teachings of Zoom application.

We will do login trials on Monday, 27th April, 2020.

In order not to disrupt the online teaching and learning timings, we have chosen afternoon time, 3 pm to be used for the trials.

We will call this trial session as A SCHOOL ASSEMBLY. Please login to the Feza Smart students’ accounts on Monday at 3 pm in the afternoon to get proper directions.

Note: Morning classes will proceed as per schedule

CLARIFICATION ON ZOOM ACCOUNT.

Sign-in in GMAIL using the student’s email and password provided by the school. NOTE: the school email password is THE SAME with your FezaSmart Password

In the inbox, you will find a mail from ZOOM. Open it and click “Activate your ZOOM Account”

Then you will see the following:

– SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE

– SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK

or

– Sign Up with a password

 

Click “Sign up with a password” afterwhich you will need to fill:

  • – first name
  • – last name
  • – Password
  • – Confirm password

PLEASE NOTE:

☆ The first & last name must be real names of that student.

☆ Make sure that the password has a mixture of “Upper case letters”, “lower case letters” and “numbers”.

Example: Sumoha2020

After that you will click on the button “continue”.

Lastly you will see a page with the words: “Excellent! now it’s time to start meeting.”

IF YOU REACH THE FINAL STEP, YOU WILL HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CREATED A ZOOM ACCOUNT.
