FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION

For paying school fees for your child/children, you have to get REFERENCE NUMBER, which you can get through school administration or feza smart (www.fezasmart.com).

SCHOOL FEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. School fees are payable before or on the installment date shown above.
2. Students who enter or leave the school before term/quarter completion will pay full term/quarter school fees.
3. Enrollment at school remains active until a written notice of withdrawing is submitted.
4. School fees also covers the required provision of stationery, books, uniform and food.
5. All performance documentation (report cards, transcripts, leaving certificates etc.) will be issued if only the student has no outstanding balance.
6. Payment for certain additional activities (e.g. study tours, school trips etc.) are not included in school fees.
   Parents/guardians will be officially notified of any required additional payment prior to the activity.
7. The school reserves right of admission.
8. The admission fee is non-refundable and is payable within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice.
9. Sibling discount is 200,000 TZS per student.
10. The school reserves the right to keep a student out of the class and deny access to any official documents or information without explanation, until all due fees balances are cleared.

The academic year begins from 18in August 2025. All payments must be made via bank deposit. Please submit the deposit slip as proof of payment to the accountant. The student’s name, reference number and class must be mentioned on the slip. All fees are denominated in TZS.

• School fees are to be paid in four installments.
  • 1st Installment 25% due by 10th August, 2025
  • 2nd Installment 25% due by 25th September, 2025
  • 3rd Installment 25% due by 15t November, 2025
  • 4th Installment 25% due by 20th January, 2026
• Enrolment at FIS is continual process until written notice of withdraw is received, enrolment will be cancelled if any student is absent for more than thirty days without informing school.
• School payments cover the provision of required stationery, uniforms, and food.
• Textbooks for IGCSE, AS, and A Level students are issued at the beginning of the course and are valid for the entire two-year period.
• Boarding fees include all meals.
• The school will not collect additional fees for graduation, sports and bonanza, or clubs.
• Official documents (report cards, transcripts, leaver’s certificates etc.) will only be released if school fee payments are up to date.
• The school reserves the right of admission.
• The admission fee is non-refundable and will be charged from any student coming from other school (including Feza School). It is payable within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice.
• The school reserves the right to exclude students from the class and withhold official documents or information if there are any outstanding fee balances, without needing to provide further explanation.
• Each sibling is eligible for a discount of 580,000
• To pay school fees for your child/children, you must obtain a NEW REFERENCE NUMBER from the school administration or through Feza Smart (www.fezasmart.com).
• The School fees are divided in 4 educational quarters
• The stated school fees are applicable exclusively to the 2025-2026 academic year and are subject to modification for future academic years.
• All school fees for the 2025-2026 academic year will be collected in TZS

* Dormitory facility is only for students from lower secondary to AS & A Level

• Students who enroll in or withdraw from the school before completing a quarter are required to pay the full fees for that quarter.
• Students who enter or leaves (moves out)the dormitory before quarter completion will pay full quarter dormitory fees.
